Our Core Values:

No Hidden Agenda | Enjoy the Process | Hunger to Evolve

In 2005, Sean Supple founded Supple Homes Inc. Sean had a vision that with a commitment to quality, customer service, and transparency, Supple Homes could grow into one of the most respected and trusted custom residential builders in the San Francisco Bay Area. And in just over 18 years, Supple Homes has grown to be that and so much more. Because we live and work in the same community as our clients, we must earn and maintain their trust every single day.

Building a home consists of more than pouring foundation, putting up walls and laying down a roof. Every aspect of our process is designed to make building your new home not only simple, but fun! Our elite and experienced team of subcontractors are committed to providing excellent service. When you partner with Supple Homes, you are choosing a builder who puts your needs first.

We love what we do and it shows. With more than 75 years of experience in the field, we know our industry like the back of our hands. There’s no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every project we take on.

Meet Our Team

SEAN SUPPLE

President

Born and raised on the East Coast, Sean relocated to California to attend UC Santa Barbara, where he received a BA in Environmental Studies, then went on to study law at Santa Clara University. After spending some time practicing law and working as a real estate broker, Sean decided to pursue a career within the home building industry. Starting as a laborer, he learned everything hands-on and was immediately drawn to the physicality of construction. Once Sean obtained his general contractor's license, projects gradually grew in scale and complexity, prompting him to establish Supple Homes, Inc in 2005.

Sean enjoys helping clients transform their houses into homes by listening to their wants and needs and providing unique concepts and strategies to bring their vision to life. He has a passion for learning and enjoys golfing, traveling, and working out. Sean is married to Susan and has a son, daughter, and stepson.
